Recruitment Associate (Freshers) – Canadian Staffing
Job Summary
- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals LinkedIn databases and other recruitment channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Communicate with candidates through phone calls emails and other professional channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess basic qualifications.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to meet hiring targets.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with candidates.
- Learn and follow Canadian staffing and recruitment processes.
