Job Summary
- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals social media and various recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status documentation and onboarding.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated on current hiring trends and recruitment best practices
