We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Fresher & Experienced Recruiters to join our growing US Staffing team in Noida. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills a willingness to learn recruitment processes and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a US Staffing Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing screening and coordinating candidates for various job opportunities across the United States.

• Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn databases and social media platforms.
• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates skills experience and availability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Learn and understand US recruitment processes employment terms and staffing requirements.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA BCA BA MBA preferred).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of experience.
• Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Hours).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
