Recruiter [manufacturing logistics recruitment]

The Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. They act as a brand ambassador for the client focused on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. They serve as subject matter expert in talent acquisition and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leader.    

Responsibilities:   

As a Cielo Recruiter supporting GE Vernova you will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication. This role supports high-volume production and logistics hiring within manufacturing environments.

• Work Location: Vadodara Gujarat India
• Work Setup: 3 days onsite
• Language(s): Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver recruitment activities with working proficiency in Gujarati and English for daily business communication
• Work Hours: Standard working hours aligned with business needs

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications providing relevant market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates while building talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years recruitment experience.
• Experience in high-volume hiring.
• Ability to work onsite in industrial environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Understanding of local employment practices and hiring regulations.

Preferred:

Experience in manufacturing or logistics recruitment

Qualifications :

Education:

• High school diploma required. Bachelors degree in business management human resources or related field is strongly preferred. 

Experience:

• Minimum of two or more years recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate RPO or agency setting. Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

Functional/Technical Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:

• Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
