We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Engineering Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for Automotive Aerospace and Manufacturing industry positions and possess strong sourcing screening and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based engineering positions.
Source screen and qualify candidates through job portals LinkedIn ATS referrals and other recruiting channels.
Recruit for roles across Automotive Aerospace Manufacturing Mechanical Electrical Embedded Validation Quality and related engineering domains.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within ATS/CRM systems.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified engineering professionals.
Ensure timely submissions while maintaining candidate quality and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.
Proven experience recruiting for Automotive Aerospace and Manufacturing engineering positions.
Strong understanding of engineering skill sets and technical terminology.
Experience using job boards LinkedIn Recruiter ATS and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
2 quality client submissions per day.
Consistent pipeline generation and candidate engagement.
Meeting submission-to-interview and interview-to-offer conversion targets.
Maintaining candidate quality and client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Candidates with a strong track record of achieving recruitment targets.
Experience supporting direct clients and MSP/VMS requirements.
Non-local candidates are welcome provided they are willing to relocate to Bangalore.
