Position: Recruiter (Domestic Staffing)
Location: Vadodara

Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic staffing requirements.
- Work on both Full-Time and Contract hiring roles across various technologies/domains.
- Source candidates through job portals references social media and internal databases.
- Screen shortlist and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication follow-ups and offer negotiation.
- Ensure timely closures within defined TATs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers reports and candidate pipelines.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 3 5 years of experience in domestic IT/non-IT recruitment.
- Strong experience in Full-Time and Contract staffing.
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and screening.
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri LinkedIn etc.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
