Recruiter [Automotive Hiring]

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and locations within India.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct sourcing referrals networking and talent mapping techniques.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers HRBPs and senior business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment guidance.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment to evaluate skills experience and cultural fit.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists aligned with hiring expectations.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Drive recruitment performance against established metrics such as time-to-fill fill rate and hiring conversion ratios.
• Provide regular hiring updates market insights and recruitment recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support offer management and facilitate successful onboarding of selected candidates.

Qualifications :

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate RPO or agency setting. 
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Proven success in volume hiring and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills including direct sourcing and talent mapping.
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple locations or Pan-India recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruitment experience within the Automotive Mobility Manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience hiring for sales business-facing field or operational roles.
