Job Description

We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in NPA / Write-Off Recovery to manage and recover outstanding dues from delinquent and written-off accounts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle NPA and Write-Off accounts and drive recovery of outstanding dues.
2. Contact customers and follow up for payment recovery.
3. Negotiate with customers for repayment/settlement as per company guidelines.
4. Follow up on PTPs and ensure timely collections.
5. Achieve assigned recovery targets.
6. Maintain accurate collection records and daily MIS.
7. Handle difficult and overdue accounts professionally.
8. Coordinate with internal teams for recovery-related activities.
9. Ensure recovery processes are followed as per company policies.

Candidate Requirements

1. Mandatory: Relevant NPA / Write-Off Recovery experience.
2. Candidates must have direct experience handling NPA / Written-Off accounts.
3. Strong communication negotiation and recovery skills.
4. Target-oriented with good customer-handling abilities.
5. Experience in Banking NBFC Fintech or Financial Services will be preferred.
6. Compensation will be decided based on the candidates overall relevant experience and profile.
