ROLE SUMMARY
The Quality Control Manager drives operational excellence processing efficiency and rapid case decisioning for the QC team. This leadership role ensures strict adherence to a 4-hour TAT and a minimum 90% FTR rate upon receiving complete documentation from Sales team. Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills the manager collaborates cross-functionally with sales and credit teams to resolve Critical issues maintain data across various MIS Such as Credit MIS QC MIS & renewal MIS and to ensure collaboration with Sales / portfolio team for timely completion of the end-to-end renewal process.
