Job Description:
Experience Required: 0 to 3 Years (Freshers are welcome for the Trainee role)
Education: / Diploma (Mechanical) OR ITI (with minimum 5 years of experience in Sheet Metal Quality)
Salary Range: 15000 to 20000 per month Gross (Based on qualification & experience)
Duty Hours: 8 Hours Duty 3.5 Hours Overtime (OT)
Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts (Candidate must be comfortable with mandatory Night Duty cycles)
Location: Bhiwadi (Rajasthan)
About Company
Our client is a Metal products manufacturing company with an In-house Design Sampling and Production setup. They have the capabilities of manufacturing small components to large-scale Metal Products. Having 20 yrs of a successful track record of manufacturing and marketing products in India and overseas. As part of their growth and diversification plans they recently commissioned a world-class state-of-the-art fully automatic PSBB Production Line from Italy. The material flow of Punching Shearing Buffering and Bending system PSBB can be automated with different modules to manufacture Sheet Metal Components and sheet metal equipment to be supplied to small medium large scale and Multinational Consumer and Industrial Equipment manufacturers across India. Sprawling over 1.5 Lac sqft of area the two factories have a workforce of more than 400 people in different departments.
Job Description:
- Inspection of sheet metal parts as per engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience in handling tools like Vernier Calipers Micrometers Height Gauges and Measuring Tapes.
- Checking dimensions hole positions bend accuracy and surface finishes.
- Maintaining daily inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Basic understanding of sheet metal processes (cutting bending and welding)
