Quality Assurance & Quality Control

Project Director / VP Projects

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan.

• Ensure all civil works comply with approved drawings specifications IS codes and contract requirements.

• Establish quality procedures inspection checklists and method statements for site activities.

• Lead and manage the QA/QC team including QA engineers and site inspectors.

• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and quality documentation.

• Conduct stage-wise inspections for RCC masonry plastering waterproofing finishing and structural works.

• Monitor concrete quality through slump tests cube testing and laboratory coordination.

• Verify material approvals factory test certificates and incoming material inspections.

• Raise track and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).

• Coordinate with consultants clients subcontractors and project teams during inspections.

• Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards.

• Maintain QA/QC records including MIRs RFIs test reports and inspection reports.

• Analyze quality trends and prepare weekly/monthly quality performance reports.

• Provide quality training and toolbox sessions to engineers and site staff.

• Ensure timely closure of client observations and handover quality documentation.

• in Civil Engineering.

• 1015 years of experience in QA/QC for high-rise building or large civil construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of IS Codes NBC concrete technology and finishing quality standards.

• Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and quality documentation.

• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
