Job Summary
QA Intern
Work Location:Thoraipakkam Chennai (Onsite)
Work Timing: 1:00PM -10:00PM
We are looking for a motivated QA Intern to support our Quality Assurance team in testing web applications. The intern will assist in identifying defects executing test cases and ensuring software quality before release.
- Execute Test Cases: Learn to and execute manual test cases for new features and bug fixes across various platforms (web mobile etc.).
- Identify and Report Defects: Accurately identify document and track software defects (bugs) using our issue tracking system.
- Assist in Test Planning: Participate in the planning and design of test scenarios and test cases under the guidance of senior QA engineers.
- Perform Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that recent changes havent negatively impacted existing functionality.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the development team to understand requirements and reproduce reported issues.
- Documentation: Assist in maintaining and organizing test documentation including test plans and test case repositories.
- Learn New Tools: Actively learn and utilize QA tools and technologies potentially including basic automation scripts.
