Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a Python and Generative AI professional with 5 years of experience in software development technology delivery and AI-enabled solution development. The role will support the design development and delivery of scalable Python and Generative AI solutions while contributing technical guidance stakeholder collaboration and technology initiative position will contribute to business objectives by translating business requirements into practical technology solutions improving engineering processes evaluating emerging technologies maintaining technology roadmaps and supporting secure scalable and efficient AI adoption.

Software Requirements

Required

• In-depth understanding of Python Generative AI software technologies and technology systems.

• Experience using current and supported versions of Python.

• Working knowledge of Generative AI concepts large language models AI solution patterns and implementation considerations.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Artificial Intelligence Data Science or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development technology delivery or related technology roles including relevant Python experience.

• Experience with Generative AI machine learning data engineering intelligent automation or related technologies is preferred.

• Certifications in cloud computing Agile Scrum project management AI machine learning or software architecture are preferred.

• Complete Synechron-required training and maintain continuous professional development in Python Generative AI cloud technologies security data management software architecture and Agile delivery.
