Job Position: Purchase Executive

Established in 2011 the company operates as a fully integrated healthcare organization engaged in the manufacturing marketing and global distribution of pharmaceutical formulations Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) nutraceuticals medical devices and specialty healthcare products.
Please find the JD of Purchase mentioned below:
- Identification of all requirements in requisition for purchase and other necessary supplies.
- Coordination with Export department for quote of APIs & contract manufacturing of Finished Goods
- Finalization of the order Purchase order (PO) generation
- Follow up with vendors for material status follow up till product Delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Responsible for all purchases of local material.
- Handling & Issuing Of raw material /Packing material /finished goods Raw material & Solvents.
- Maintain records as per SOP.
- Proper checking of inwards /outwards documents.
- MIS report (Raw Material/Packing material /Finished goods)
