Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Finance Executive to manage accounting operations while supporting business decisions in our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should understand management objectives take ownership of responsibilities think beyond routine accounting tasks and contribute to improving financial and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable receivable bank reconciliations and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and file GST and TDS returns accurately and on time.
- Prepare financial statements MIS reports budgets and cash flow reports.
- Monitor e-commerce transactions marketplace settlements payment gateway reconciliations and vendor payments.
- Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate with auditors and consultants.
- Analyze financial performance identify cost-saving opportunities and support management with business insights.
- Take ownership of finance-related responsibilities and contribute to process improvements across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in accounting and finance (e-commerce experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience in GST and TDS filing is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books Tally or similar).
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive business-oriented mindset.
