Profile:Proposal Engineer

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing techno-commercial proposals and cost estimates for turnkey water and wastewater treatment projects including ETP STP CETP WTP RO and ZLD systems. The role involves tender analysis proposal preparation vendor coordination and bid submission.

Roles:

• Review tenders BOQs and client requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for ETP STP CETP WTP RO & ZLD projects.
• Prepare project cost estimates and BOQs.
• Coordinate with engineering procurement and vendors for quotations.
• Prepare technical compliance documents and bid submissions.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and handle technical clarifications.
• Support the Business Development team with competitive techno-commercial offers.

Qualification:B.E./ in Environmental Civil or Mechanical Engineering
