MAKE AN IMPACT

• Lead end-to-end delivery of TPRM projects ensuring timely execution within scope budget and quality standards.
• Manage business and technology change initiatives ensuring seamless transition to BAU and successful adoption by internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business technology risk compliance and vendor teams to gather analyze and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions define design options and support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and manage user stories maintain product backlogs and work closely with Agile teams during sprint planning and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams manage project dependencies risks issues and governance activities.
• Drive stakeholder communication status reporting and executive-level updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the implementation of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks governance and vendor risk initiatives.
• Contribute to payments transformation initiatives involving Domestic and International Payments.
• Work with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence for project planning requirement management and documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams on API-related initiatives; experience in API analysis is an added advantage.

• Strong experience in Project Management with end-to-end project delivery.
• Hands-on experience in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Experience in Banking & Financial Services preferably across Retail and/or Corporate Banking.
• Experience managing business and technology change with successful BAU transition.
• Strong knowledge of Payments (Domestic and/or International).
• Experience in requirements gathering analysis and defining solution options.
• Hands-on experience writing User Stories.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills.

• Experience with API Analysis or API integrations.
• Knowledge of Vendor Risk Management and Governance.
• Experience working in large-scale digital transformation programs.
• PMP PRINCE2 Agile or Scrum certifications.
