Position: Project Manager - Technical

Location: Cochin

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Electrical Electronics Industrial Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.

Experience: 13–15 years of experience in Project Management NPI Program Management Engineering or Manufacturing Operations

Proven Experience managing complex customer projects in EMS electronics manufacturing cable assembly connectors automotive industrial or related sectors

Job Summary:
Lead end-to-end execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) customer projects and strategic business initiatives from project kick-off through mass production.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead multiple high-value customer and internal projects from concept development qualification and launch to mass production.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans timelines resource requirements milestones and deliverables.
3. Drive project execution through cross-functional teams including Engineering Manufacturing Quality Supply Chain Tooling Planning and Procurement.
4. Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and in compliance with customer and organizational requirements.
