We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning execution and successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management stakeholder engagement risk management and cross-functional team leadership. Candidates with hands-on experience in the Zoho ecosystem will have a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects
Define project scope timelines milestones and deliverables
Coordinate with implementation development and support teams
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients
Translate business needs into actionable project plans
Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery
Manage risks dependencies and change requests
Ensure quality control and testing before deployment
Oversee workflow automation customization and integrations
Maintain project documentation and reporting
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
Ensure client satisfaction and smooth project handover
Support pre-sales team with technical insights when required
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
510 years of proven experience managing technology digital transformation ERP CRM HRMS FINANCE or enterprise software implementation projects.
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum Waterfall or Hybrid project delivery leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent leadership communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira Azure DevOps Microsoft Project Asana or similar platforms.
Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP PRINCE2 PMI-ACP Scrum Master or equivalent project management certification.
Experience managing enterprise application implementation and integration projects.
Familiarity with business process automation workflow management and digital transformation initiatives.
