Job Summary
Position: Project Manager / Project Engineer
Location: Cochin
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in interior turnkey projects or project execution.
Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Project Engineer to manage and execute interior and turnkey projects from commencement through completion. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in site execution project coordination team management and client/vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage interior/turnkey projects from start to completion.
* Coordinate with clients architects consultants vendors & internal teams.
* Handle site execution timelines quality materials & manpower.
* Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
* Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
* Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of site execution project coordination and team management.
* Good communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple project activities and stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites across India as required.
* Candidates who are flexible to work at different project locations will be preferred.
