Job Summary
- Take ownership of the CYBERSECURITY Transformation program and lead the coordination delivery and change of CYBERSECURITY
- Lead co-ordinate and manage multiple resources and forums from engineering to Executive SteerCo.
- You will be responsible for managing multiple projects which form the transformational programme of work for CYBERSECURITY
- You will need to understand the technology solutions and business outcomes of the strategy and be able to convey these to stakeholders up to C level.
- Be responsible for the successful delivery of the whole of the proposed change co-ordination of the projects and management of their inter-dependencies.
- Be responsible for delivering change. The role requires effective co-ordination of the workstreams and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising. It also includes the co-ordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realisation of projected benefits.
- Outcomes and Key Results (OKRs) - define outcomes and key results for each delivery quarter ensuring these are ambitious and are able to be tracked and reported at a Programme and Service Line level.
- Activity Backlog - translates SBOs and OKRs into JIRA backlogs (epics) and Clarity milestones (for outcomes) ensuring workload traceability back to work category (mandatory risk control strategy or maturity) and impacts for GB/GF/Regions.
- Risk and Issue Management - proactively identifies and manages risks and issues against the delivery plan ensuring these are articulated in good time levelled correctly and reported to the appropriate governance forum (LPM QBR etc.). All risks and issues to be maintained in Clarity and levelled appropriately.
Required Experience
- Deep understanding of Cybersecurity capability
- Successful track record of delivering CYBERSECURITY successfully in large global organisations
- C Level stakeholder engagement and management. The ability to communicate and influence at this level
Areas of responsibilityÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ
Project PlanningÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Develop project scope based on business and resource requirements for a single Line of Business (LOB) ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Scope Schedule and Configuration Management-Review key project deliverables prepared by the team to ensure alignment with client expectations quality standards and contractual SLAs. Provide feedback guide technical leads in implementing improvements.
Create weekly and monthly MIS reports for single LOB to track operational quality and fulfilment parameters.
Escalate deviations from project charter promptly and ensure corrective actions to maintain compliance.
Resource/Team Management-Undertake resource planning allocation in line with project needs and manage attrition and performance outcomes.
Conduct performance appraisals and guide team members on professional growth and improvement.
Quality & Risk Management-Proactively identify and assess potential project risks or issues implement mitigation methods and collaborate with quality assurance teams to integrate quality planning into project execution.
Engagement Economics-Create project estimates in line with project scope approach milestones and manage change requests
Pursuit Management-Assist in preparing proposals and estimates for upcoming engagements within one LOB.
Stakeholder Management-Collaborate with technical teams and client Directors for sprint planning delivery issues and project updates.
Conduct regular cadence with Workforce Management Group and Quality Assurance teams to ensure resource fulfilment and quality adherence.
