What youll do:

• Lead end-to-end planning execution and delivery of DevOps and engineering programs. Confirm priorities rebalance capacity review demand vs supply retire low value work align quarterly objectives.

• Manage project plans timelines dependencies risks and mitigation strategies to ensure predictable delivery.

• Partner with Business Units Engineering Product Security and Infrastructure teams to drive alignment and execution.

• Act as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders ensuring clear communication and transparency.

• Drive Agile delivery by facilitating sprint planning reviews retrospectives and continuous delivery practices.

• Monitor delivery health through metrics dashboards and executive status reporting.

• Identify and remove delivery roadblocks while proactively managing cross-functional dependencies.

• Champion continuous improvement by standardizing project management practices and enhancing delivery maturity.

What you need:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

• 7- 11 years of Project or Program Management experience in software engineering organizations.

• Prior hands-on software development experience with exposure to DevOps principles agile/scrum methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Proven experience leading cross-functional technology programs from planning through execution & hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft project plan Jira Azure DevOps Confluence or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DevOps CI/CD or cloud transformation initiatives.

• Exposure to security and compliance programs including SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

• Professional certifications such as PMP Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) SAFe or equivalent.

• Experience working with distributed global teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
