Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP implementation projects ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope timelines and resource requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project reviews and progress assessments identifying and mitigating risks.
- Manage project budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for our clients.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Document and share project best practices contributing to continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and SAP innovations incorporating them into project strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in SAP project management with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in SAP project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Analytical skills for risk assessment and problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
- Certifications in SAP project management or related fields are preferred.
