Project Manager (Civil)

About the Role:

• Lead end-to-end execution of civil construction projects including planning scheduling procurement construction and project close-out.

• Manage project budgets timelines resources and risks to ensure successful delivery within approved parameters.

• Coordinate with clients consultants contractors vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives and ensure seamless project execution.

• Review engineering drawings BOQs specifications contracts and construction methodologies to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Monitor site progress quality standards safety practices and statutory compliance while driving corrective actions where necessary.

• Prepare and present project status reports forecasts and performance metrics to senior management and clients.

About You:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering; a Masters degree Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

• 14-18 years of experience in civil construction project management including commercial industrial infrastructure residential or mixed-use developments.

• Strong understanding of project planning construction methodologies contract management budgeting vendor management and project controls.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects and leading multidisciplinary project teams.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project AutoCAD MS Office and project reporting systems.

• Excellent leadership stakeholder management negotiation communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
