The Opportunity

Opportunity to drive on-ground execution of government projects and farmer onboarding at scale. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely high-impact outcomes.

Job Type: Full- time

Location: Telangana (Field role; requires travel across the state)
Reporting to: Head of Operations

Level: Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end on-ground implementation of government projects overseeing everything from farmer selection to final installation.
  

• Meet designated targets for farmer onboarding across all active projects. (sales target)
  

• Onboard local partnersincluding NGOs CSR arms FPOs and CRPsto expand outreach and farmer mobilisation.
  

• Oversee on-ground execution ensuring adherence to selection criteria revenue targets and installation timelines all while maintaining the defined Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams government officials and community stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  

• Maintain accurate field records track project progress and provide timely reports and actionable insights to leadership.

Must-Haves

• 3-5 Years of experience in sales or operations
  

• Experience of managing/leading 5-10 members team
  

• Government liaison partners/client management
  

• High Ownership and adaptability
  

• Willing to Travel. Flexible To Relocate
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Good knowledge of MS office and other basic tools
  

• Go getter attitude is a must
