Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Teamcenter workstreams including planning execution testing deployment and hypercare support.
Manage project schedules milestones risks issues dependencies and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate across business engineering IT and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies release planning sprint execution and status reporting.
Facilitate requirements gathering business process reviews solution design discussions and deployment readiness activities.
Oversee UAT planning defect management and production cutover activities.
Support change management user adoption training and business readiness efforts.
Ensure alignment with Project Engineering Modernization objectives and governance standards.

Required Experience

8 years of project/program management experience in enterprise application delivery.

Proven experience managing Siemens Teamcenter implementations enhancements or support programs.
Experience with Teamcenter implementation/configuration solutions.
Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) engineering workflows document management BOM management and change control processes.
Experience coordinating global cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Strong communication stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience with engineering digital transformation or modernization programs.
Knowledge of integrations involving SAP CAD systems Polarion or related engineering platforms.
PMP PRINCE2 SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent certifications.

Business and IT stakeholder coordination.
Implementation and adoption tracking.
Executive status reporting and steering committee support.
Successful delivery of Teamcenter initiatives within agreed scope schedule and quality targets.
