About the Role

  • Lead end-to-end execution of hotel construction projects from planning design procurement construction commissioning and handover.

  • Develop and manage project schedules budgets resources and construction milestones to ensure timely delivery.

  • Coordinate with architects consultants contractors interior designers and hotel operators throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure quality cost and timeline adherence.

  • Manage contractor performance contract administration and vendor relationships to drive project success.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes statutory approvals health & safety standards and hotel brand requirements.

  • Oversee quality control processes site inspections testing and commissioning activities.

  • Prepare and present regular project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and operational requirements.

  • Ensure seamless project closeout snag rectification and successful handover to operations teams.

About You

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Architecture or a related discipline.

  • 15-20 years of experience in construction project management with at least 10 years in hotel hospitality resort projects.

  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end construction projects within budget and schedule.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies project planning budgeting contract management and procurement.

  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams including consultants contractors and internal stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with hospitality brand standards and guest-facing infrastructure requirements.

  • Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project Primavera P6 or equivalent.

  • Strong leadership stakeholder management negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities with a high level of commercial acumen.

  • PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification will be an added advantage.
