Project Head

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Head to oversee projects from planning and execution to final completion. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients designers production teams vendors contractors and site teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly on time and as per quality standards.

• Take complete ownership of interior and furniture projects from initiation to completion.
• Plan project timelines resources manpower materials and execution schedules.
• Coordinate with clients architects interior designers contractors vendors production teams and site teams.
• Understand project requirements drawings specifications and client expectations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per committed timelines.
• Coordinate between the design production procurement and installation teams.
• Supervise furniture production and ensure products are manufactured as per approved designs and specifications.
• Monitor site installation finishing and execution activities.
• Ensure proper quality control at production and project sites.
• Identify project-related issues delays and risks and take appropriate corrective action.
• Manage project budgets material requirements and resource utilization.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of required materials.
• Conduct regular site visits and project progress reviews.
• Maintain project documentation schedules reports and client communication.
• Handle client queries and ensure effective communication throughout the project.
• Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate final inspection snagging rectification and project handover.
• Lead and guide the project execution team for smooth project delivery.

• Strong Project Management and Execution skills.
• Good knowledge of interior projects and furniture manufacturing/installation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good understanding of drawings measurements materials and execution processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to manage project timelines manpower and resources.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel and project documentation.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
