Project Executive

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are currently hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Project Executive located in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization in the Retail sector looking for skilled and motivated professionals to join their growing team. • Execute end-to-end electrical works for new store setup and renovation projects
  
• Prepare accurate BOQs based on site requirements and electrical drawings
  
• Coordinate with vendors contractors and suppliers for smooth project execution
  
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress daily
  
• Ensure projects are completed within timeline budget and quality standards
  
• Supervise installation activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  
• Collaborate with civil and mechanical teams during project implementation
  
• Maintain project documentation reports and execution updates
  

• Electrical Project Execution Handling electrical installation and project coordination activities
  
• BOQ Preparation Preparing material estimation and quantity calculations accurately
  
• Vendor Management Coordinating with contractors and external vendors effectively
  
• Site Supervision Monitoring execution activities and workforce management
  
• Project Tracking Ensuring timely completion through progress monitoring and reporting
  

• Knowledge of retail store infrastructure projects
  
• Basic understanding of HVAC and civil coordination
  
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and electrical drawings
  

Candidates should possess 25 years of relevant experience in electrical project execution preferably in retail construction or infrastructure-related industries. Experience in handling store setup or renovation projects will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on-site and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

• Minimum: Diploma in Electrical / ITI Electrician / B.E. Electrical
  
• Preferred: / PG Diploma / Electrical Engineering
  
• Additional: Certification in Electrical Safety or Project Management preferred
