Job Title: Project Engineer/ Site Engineer

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Qualification - B-Tech/BE in Civil Engineering

Job Location -Kochi-Kerala/Tamilnadu/Andra/Telangana/Karnataka/North

CTC - 7LPA to 12LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan supervise and monitor day-to-day site execution activities.
• Coordinate with architects consultants contractors vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review construction drawings and specifications ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Manage site manpower subcontractors and material resources efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety quality and statutory regulations.
• Identify site issues proactively and implement effective corrective measures.
• Verify contractor bills measurements and work progress.
• Coordinate procurement requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
• Ensure proper documentation including site records inspection reports and work permits.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in site execution of commercial retail showroom or high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies quality standards and safety practices.
• Ability to interpret architectural structural and MEP drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office.
• Excellent coordination communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and deliver projects within stipulated timelines.
