Job Summary
Key Activities:
- Manage projects from order handover through delivery and project closeout
- Develop and execute project plans schedules milestones and revenue forecasts.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and stakeholder alignment activities.
- Coordinate Engineering Procurement Manufacturing Quality Logistics and Finance functions globally.
- Manage customer communications approvals technical clarifications and change requests.
- Identify and mitigate project risks issues and commercial impacts.
- Monitor project performance reporting invoicing and delivery commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and PMO best practices.
Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver projects safely on time within budget and to quality requirements.
- Act as single point of contact for customers during project execution.
- Ensure effective coordination across global functions and regions.
- Manage project risks issues changes and commercial commitments.
- Drive execution excellence customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Maintain governance reporting and project documentation standards.

- Responsible for project revenue realization invoice phasing cost control and budget performance
- Supports delivery of project margin and cash flow objectives
Qualifications :
Experience:1215 years in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical project execution Experience managing global multi-disciplinary projects preferably Turbomachinery
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Turbomachinery Systems and Gas Seal Support Systems Understanding of API / ASME standards Project planning risk management budgeting and forecasting PMP certification preferred
People Skills: Customer relationship management Stakeholder influencing and negotiation Communication and presentation skills Cross-cultural collaboration and leadership
