Project Cost Controller (French Speaker)

Job Description

Your role

• Develop implement andmaintainprojectcontrolssystems procedures and standards to ensure effective cost management.
• Coordinate the implementation of theEcoSyscost control tool including user training and ongoing support.
• Track analyze and report project expenditures against budgets and forecasts including preparation of monthly cost reports variance analyses and dashboards.
• Maintainaccurateand up-to-date records of project budgets actual costs forecasts acruals and cash flow projections.
• Collaboratewith project managers discipline leads and procurement teams to update forecasts evaluate change orders andidentifycost-saving opportunities.
• Support contract management and invoicing processes by reviewing invoicesmonitoringaccruals andprovidingcost-related insights.
• Participate in project meetings to provide projectcontrolsupdates and ensure compliance with internal projectcontrolsstandards.

About you

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Engineering ora relatedfield.
• 1-2 years of experience in cost control preferably in major EPCM projects.
• Strong understanding of project controls cost allocation and financial risk management.
• Bilingual French English.
• Proficiencyin projectcontrolssoftware inEcosys.
• Knowledge of Excel Aconex Cost Primavera P6 PowerBI .
• Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
• We are looking for candidates who are flexible to work in different time zone like UK/Canada/USA based on the project requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment.
