What you will do:

Coordinate projects timelines and deliverables.
Follow up with internal teams and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
Prepare presentations reports trackers and meeting notes.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Track action items and provide regular updates to management.
Support senior management with day-to-day business activities.
Maintain project and business documentation.
Handle confidential information professionally.
Requirements
BBA and/or MBA is mandatory.
24 years of relevant experience.
Experience in a software/technology company is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel PowerPoint Word and Google Workspace.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.
Proactive detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Experience supporting senior management/CXO-level executives.
Experience supporting senior management/CXO-level executives.
Experience in a software SaaS IT or technology company.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
