Position Summary
The Project Coordinator serves as a key partner in supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities monitoring progress preparing executive-level reporting and facilitating communication across stakeholders to ensure projects remain organized on track and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized proactive detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple priorities and leadership stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Tracking
- Support the planning coordination and execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Maintain project plans timelines milestones action items and documentation.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks issues or delays for escalation.
- Track deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to support timely completion.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare reports presentations and executive summaries to communicate project status and key outcomes.
- Compile and analyze project data to support decision-making and leadership visibility.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate organized and maintained in accordance with established processes.
Stakeholder & Leadership Support
- Coordinate communication between project teams functional departments and leadership stakeholders.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings leadership reviews and status updates.
- Prepare meeting agendas document decisions capture meeting notes and track follow-up actions.
- Support senior leaders through coordination of project-related activities and communications.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information with professionalism and discretion.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes reporting and project governance practices.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to drive successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Operations or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in project administration project coordination business operations PMO support or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitments.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
Preferred
- Experience supporting executive leadership and strategic initiatives.
- Experience preparing executive presentations dashboards and status reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint Teams and SharePoint.
- Experience with project management.
