Project Coordinator Intern

As a Project Coordinator Intern a typical day might include the following:

• Providing administrative support to the department and project teams including scheduling and coordinating project execution deliverable generating meeting minutes prepare presentations creating and maintaining action item lists.

• Providing support to project teams including maintaining project files creating and maintaining reports.

• Coordinating activities to meet project objectives.

• Managing simultaneous small projects as assigned.

• Providing support for large projects.
