Job Summary
| Experience supporting cybersecurity projects/programmes (delivery or BAU) | ||||||
| Understanding of security controls/capabilities relevant to assigned initiatives | ||||||
| Awareness of risk exposure in a regulated bank; supports senior colleagues in managing risk | ||||||
| Working knowledge of internal controls audit readiness and compliance expectations (refer to FIM where needed) | ||||||
| Familiarity with data protection obligations and secure handling of information | ||||||
| Technical Skills | ||||||
| Requirements: gather/clarify translate into functional requirements; manage requirements lifecycle | ||||||
| Process: capture/analyse/document processes (incl. IT processes); process modelling/documentation tools | ||||||
| Agile delivery: Scrum/Kanban/Lean; exposure to SAFe/Disciplined Agile; backlog support (epics user stories) | ||||||
| Agile tools (must): Jira Confluence EazyBI | ||||||
| Data: analysis and visualisation techniques/tools; draw business-relevant conclusions | ||||||
| Change: timeline planning progress tracking stakeholder engagement support | ||||||
| Procurement: coordinate with vendors/task owners; daily tracking and updates | ||||||
| Controls coordination: work with ITSO for controls/migrations | ||||||
