Programme Director, Aviation

Purpose

Provide overall leadership governance and strategic direction for the airport development program serving as the primary interface with the client executive stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall delivery of the airport program covering design procurement construction commissioning ORAT and handover.
• Establish program governance reporting structures and decision-making frameworks.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for project performance risk schedule cost quality and safety.
• Manage relationships with airport owners operators government agencies consultants contractors and regulators.
• Oversee resource planning and deployment across all program functions.
• Chair executive program reviews and steering committee meetings.
• Drive resolution of critical project risks disputes and stakeholder issues.
• Ensure successful achievement of operational readiness and project objectives.

Qualifications :

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Project Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 25 years of experience in major infrastructure aviation transportation or airport developments.
• Minimum 10 years in executive project leadership roles on airport projects or equivalent mega-projects.
• Proven track record managing multi-billion-dollar construction programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive governance experience.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across design construction systems commissioning and operational readiness.
