Roles & Responsibilities

Manage overall delivery of programs/projects to achieve business outcomes

Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables

Manage stakeholder expectations issues and outcomes

Act as an SME and collaborate with multiple teams

Lead strategic planning sessions aligned with organizational objectives

Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones

Provide solutions for complex project challenges

Mentor and guide junior team members

Support key business and project-level decisions
