- Project Leadership: Efficiently manage HRIT programs and project resources optimizing utilization and ensuring maximum productivity within defined constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of deliverables implementing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Navigate unforeseen challenges adapt methodologies when necessary and drive innovation within project execution.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks develop robust mitigation strategies and make critical decisions to keep HRIT projects on course.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at various levels including senior management and cross-functional teams to gather requirements communicate progress and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Agile Facilitation: Apply Agile principles and best practices as an experienced Scrum Master; run Agile ceremonies sessions and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and empower project teams delegating tasks and mentoring junior team members to enhance their performance.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Sciences or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Must have 10 years of meaningful experience in program/project management with a proven track record in delivering complex enterprise or cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading HR IT business projects is a must; should have led programs and projects across various HR business groups (Talent Acquisition Talent Transformation etc.)
- Experience driving integration heavy enterprise programs involving multi vendors and 3rd party systems
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Pures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.
- Hands-on experience in leading large-scale enterprise-level program initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in program and project management methodologies.
- Deep insight into cross-functional engineering operations and strategy.
- Strategic influence in shaping AI led delivery frameworks.
