The Product/Project Manager is responsible for responsible for leading large and complex projects or programs from concept through execution and customer handover. The role ensures delivery of scope schedule quality cost and customer requirements while coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering sourcing manufacturing quality and service functions.

This position reports to the Senior Engineering Manager and is part of the Custom Engineering organization located in Pune and will be an on-site role.At Cytiva our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What will you do:

• Project Leadership: Lead multiple projects/programs; define scope objectives deliverables; develop plans schedules budgets and resources; drive execution from initiation to closure.
• Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Coordination: Interface with customers engineering operations supply chain and leadership; conduct project reviews; manage communications. Work with Mechanical Electrical & Controls Procurement Manufacturing Quality Validation and Service teams.
• Schedule & Cost Management: Track milestones budgets forecasts and risks to maintain delivery commitments.
• Risk & Change Management: Maintain risk registers contingency plans and change-control processes. Manage FAT and SAT and handle customer complaints
• Quality Compliance & EHS: Ensure compliance with quality standards GMP safety and DBS continuous improvement practices.

Who are you:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 10 years of project management experience.
• Experience in life sciences biopharma filtration systems skids process equipment or capital projects.
• Strong leadership communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• ERP experience such as Oracle or SAP.
