Production support GCP observability
Job Summary
We are looking for profiles with 5-6 years of experience for production application support.
Core Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for businesscritical applications.
Handle incident problem and change management end-to-end.
Ensure application availability stability and SLA adherence.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes.
Prepare and deliver regular operational weekly/monthly service reports.
Support releases deployments and production changes.
Work closely with stakeholders development and infrastructure teams.
Proactively identify and work on automation and efficiency improvements.
Skills Required
Must have Production support (L2/L3) experience and well versed with Incident/change/problem/reporting/stakeholder management and ITIL framework.
Must have good monitoring and troubleshooting skills and respond quickly to production issues.
Must have excellent communication skills and would be required to work in hybrid workplace model & provide on-call support.
Must have experience with any database (preferably MongoDB) and should be able to work on ad-hoc data requests.
Required production support exposure in Java good understanding of react JS & spring boot.
Good to have experience with Splunk APM & ASM Elastic.
Good to have exposure in supporting cloud based (preferably AWS) application.
