Production Supervisor

Assist in daily production planning and shop floor operations

Monitor production processes to achieve quality and productivity targets

Support process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles

Coordinate with production maintenance and quality teams

Prepare daily production reports and maintain documentation

Ensure adherence to safety quality and company standards

Assist in machine setup troubleshooting and production monitoring

Learn inventory control material handling and production scheduling

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
