Job Summary
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring daily production activities ensuring production targets are achieved maintaining quality standards and coordinating with various departments for smooth production flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily garment production activities in the shop floor.
- Monitor production targets and line performance.
- Ensure production schedules are followed.
- Coordinate with quality maintenance planning and merchandising teams.
- Monitor manpower utilization and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure smooth workflow throughout the production process.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of production planning and workflow.
- Knowledge of quality standards and production controls.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Understanding of shop floor operations and line management.

Required Education:
Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology or related field 15 years of experience in textile processing (preferred)
