Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Production Planning Executive Printing to manage production schedules coordinate operations and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced packaging environment.

If you have strong experience in production planning printing operations and coordination this is an excellent opportunity to grow in the packaging industry

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule daily printing & production activities

Coordinate with production pre-press dispatch & purchase teams

Monitor machine utilization workflow & production timelines

Ensure timely execution of customer orders and delivery schedules

Track raw materials job status & production progress

Maintain production reports MIS & planning documentation

Optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime

Ensure smooth coordination between departments for uninterrupted workflow

Requirements

Experience in Production Planning / PPC in Printing or Packaging industry

Knowledge of printing processes & production workflow

Strong coordination and scheduling skills

Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems

Attention to detail and time management ability

Preferred Qualifications:

Any Graduate / Diploma / Engineering background preferred
Experience in printing packaging labels cartons or flexible packaging industry preferred
