Position: Production Manager – TETRA (A3 Speed)
Location: Bhopal
Department: Manufacturing / Production
Reporting To: Plant Head

Job Purpose
To manage and optimize production operations of the Tetra Pak A3 Speed aseptic filling line** ensuring maximum productivity quality food safety machine efficiency and compliance with company standards while meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production activities of the Tetra Pak A3 Speed line.
• Ensure achievement of daily weekly and monthly production plans.
• Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) line efficiency and productivity.
• Minimize downtime through effective coordination with Maintenance and Engineering teams.
• Ensure adherence to GMP HACCP FSSC 22000 ISO and food safety standards.
• Monitor wastage product losses and packaging material consumption.
• Ensure product quality through strict process control.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance for product release and compliance.
• Lead manpower planning shift management and team development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen.
• Maintain production documentation batch records and shift reports.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with EHS standards.
• Coordinate with Planning Warehouse Utilities and Supply Chain teams.

Required Experience

• 8–15 years of experience in beverage or dairy manufacturing.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience handling **Tetra Pak A3 Speed aseptic filling lines**.
• Experience in juice dairy UHT milk or beverage manufacturing is preferred.

Educational Qualification

• in Mechanical Production Dairy Technology Food Technology or related discipline.
