Job Summary
Role Summary
The Production Line Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily production and assembly operations ensuring production targets are achieved maintaining quality standards and leading shop-floor operators for smooth manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and assembly activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Allocate manpower based on production requirements.
- Monitor line productivity and reduce downtime.
- Maintain product quality standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
- Monitor attendance shift schedules and workforce discipline.
- Enforce safety procedures and PPE compliance.
- Resolve line issues and ensure uninterrupted production.
- Train new operators and contract manpower.
- Maintain production rejection and shift reports.
- Reduce rejection rework and material wastage.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S implementation.
- Maintain smooth material flow and avoid delays.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in production supervision assembly line operations or manufacturing environments.
Education
- Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate (Preferred)
Required Skills:
Qualification: Any Degree / ITI / Diploma Age: 2023 years or 3540 years Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license Willingness to travel and relocate to other states
