Production Line Supervisor

The Production Line Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily production and assembly operations ensuring production targets are achieved maintaining quality standards and leading shop-floor operators for smooth manufacturing operations.

• Supervise daily production and assembly activities.
  
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
  
• Allocate manpower based on production requirements.
  
• Monitor line productivity and reduce downtime.
  
• Maintain product quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
  
• Monitor attendance shift schedules and workforce discipline.
  
• Enforce safety procedures and PPE compliance.
  
• Resolve line issues and ensure uninterrupted production.
  
• Train new operators and contract manpower.
  
• Maintain production rejection and shift reports.
  
• Reduce rejection rework and material wastage.
  
• Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S implementation.
  
• Maintain smooth material flow and avoid delays.

• Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate (Preferred)
