We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Production In Charge in Trichy Tamil Nadu. • Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet assigned production targets.
  

• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of planned work.
  

• Coordinate manpower materials machinery and other production resources.
  

• Monitor product quality during production and support corrective actions when required.
  

• Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.
  

• Identify production delays bottlenecks and process issues and support improvements.
  

• Ensure employees follow established production procedures and workplace safety requirements.
  

• Coordinate with quality maintenance stores and other departments for smooth production operations.
  

1. Production Planning Ability to organize daily production activities based on targets and available resources.
   

2. Production Monitoring Ability to track output delays and production performance.
   

3. Quality Control Awareness Understanding of basic manufacturing quality requirements and defect prevention.
   

4. Manpower Coordination Ability to allocate and coordinate shop-floor manpower effectively.
   

5. Production Reporting Ability to maintain accurate production records and report operational performance.
   

• Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement.
  

• Familiarity with production ERP/MIS systems.
  

• Knowledge of workplace safety and manufacturing SOPs.
  

Candidates should have 12 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations. Experience coordinating shop-floor production manpower quality and daily output would be relevant to this position.
