1. Production Management
- Plan monitor and control daily welding shop production activities
- Ensure production targets (quantity quality cost delivery) are achieved
- Coordinate with assembly paint shop and other departments for smooth workflow
2. Process Optimization
- Develop and improve welding processes (MIG TIG spot welding robotic welding)
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Reduce cycle time rejection rates and downtime
