Production Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic result-oriented Production Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that production targets are met efficiently safely and in compliance with established quality standards (such as ISO).

• Production Planning & Execution: Shift-wise planning to execute daily production schedules optimizing machine and manpower utilization to meet targets.

• Process Monitoring: Supervise batch processes reactor operations and blending activities ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Quality Control: Collaborate with the QA/QC team to ensure product specifications are met and minimize batch rejections or re-work.

• Yield & Efficiency Tracking: Monitor material consumption manage raw material inventory on the shop floor and track product yield to control manufacturing variances.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure absolute compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines. Maintain a clean hazard-free shop floor (5S implementation).

• Documentation: Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records (BMR) daily log sheets production reports and SAP data entries (if applicable).

• Manpower Management: Efficiently handle a team of operators and contract workmen promoting a safe and productive work culture.
  
  
  

  Candidate Profile

  Criteria	Requirements
  Education	B.E. / in Chemical Engineering (preferred) or Production Engineering
  Experience	2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in production/shop-floor operations (Chemical Resin Polymers or Allied Process industries preferred)
  Location	Tarapur (Boisar) - Candidates willing to relocate or residing nearby will be preferred
  Technical Skills	Understanding of unit operations (reactors distillation pumps heat exchangers) BMR documentation and basic safety protocols
