We are looking for a Production Engineer to support the Production Solution Delivery (PSD) team in delivering safe reliable and optimized production engineering solutions to customers.

The role will focus on well performance production system analysis artificial lift troubleshooting production optimization field support technical job design and operational risk/HSE.

The candidate should have strong exposure to upstream Oil & Gas production operations and the ability to translate production data and field challenges into practical engineering solutions.

• Develop and optimize production engineering job designs and technical solutions.
• Analyse well and production system performance to identify production constraints and optimization opportunities.
• Support artificial lift operations and optimization including troubleshooting and performance improvement.
• Provide technical and engineering support to field operations throughout the service delivery lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot production and operational issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Work closely with operations teams SMEs Product Lines and customers to ensure effective job execution.
• Support production optimization across wells assets and multiple Product Lines.
• Participate in risk assessments incident investigations RCA and lessons-learned implementation.
• Evaluate technologies and workflows to improve production performance and cost efficiency.
• Support technical feasibility studies customer proposals and tender activities.
• Compare actual job performance against planned/design expectations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Operations Integrity HSE engineering standards and safe work practices.
• Support resource planning and contribute to Cost of Service Delivery (COSD) optimization.

Mandatory:

• 5 years of relevant experience in upstream Oil & Gas Production Engineering/Operations.
• Strong understanding of well performance and production system analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Artificial Lift.
• Experience in production optimization and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to field operations and well intervention/workover activities.
• Strong understanding of production systems and surface facilities.
• Knowledge of HSE operational integrity risk assessment and safe work practices.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support customer/field requirements.

Preferred:

• Experience with production engineering software such as PROSPER GAP PIPESIM OLGA WellFlo XSPOC or equivalent.
• Experience with digital production systems SCADA/DCS production surveillance platforms or data analytics.
• Experience in technical job design feasibility studies tender support or customer-facing engineering.
• Experience with multiple artificial lift technologies such as ESP Gas Lift PCP or SRP.
• Experience in service delivery / PSD / production solutions environment.

• Bachelors Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Chemical Engineering - Mandatory
• Masters in Petroleum Engineering - Preferred/Optional
